How We Handle Reviews
Reviews shown above are submitted by ComfyGO Mobility customers and managed through Judge.me, an independent review platform. We follow these principles:
We do not knowingly publish fake reviews. Where we can match a reviewer to an order in our system, the review carries a "Verified Buyer" badge. Reviews without that badge may still be genuine — from customers who bought through a marketplace, a reseller, or on behalf of a family member — but we cannot independently confirm the purchase.
We moderate reviews fairly. We do not hide, filter, or down-rank negative reviews. We may remove reviews that contain personal data, abusive language, content unrelated to the product, or content that breaches platform rules — and we apply the same standard to positive and negative reviews.
We never edit a customer's words. Judge.me allows us to correct typographical errors, but star ratings cannot be changed and reviewers are notified of any edit to their text.

About Rewarded Reviews
Some of the reviews shown above are rewarded reviews — submitted by customers who later received a free ComfyGO accessory worth up to around £20 after leaving their review. These reviews are clearly labelled where they appear.
This rewarded-review programme is run by our US and EU affiliates (ComfyGO Inc. and ComfyGO Management B.V.). Reviewers under the programme are not told what to write — they are free to share whatever reflects their experience.
The rewarded-review programme is not available to UK customers. Some products currently in stock may include a printed leaflet or QR code from our overseas operations mentioning a free accessory for leaving a review — if you find one in your product box, please disregard it. The offer does not apply in the UK, and we have removed this material from all future shipments."
