Our Story

ComfyGO Mobility started in 2017 with a simple goal: to make high-quality, easy-to-live-with mobility products that genuinely improve daily life. Eight years on, we have delivered more than 30,000 mobility products to families across the United States, Canada, the European Union, and Switzerland.

The UK arm of ComfyGO Mobility is the newest part of that family. We are a UK-registered company — ComfyGO Ltd, registered in England and Wales — operating from Milton Keynes, with our own UK team, UK warranties, and UK customer support. Every UK order is sold and supported under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and HMRC's VAT relief scheme for chronically sick and disabled customers.

We design and supply mobility products that put that independence back into your hands, and we back them up with service that does not disappear after the sale.

We are not the cheapest mobility brand on the market and we do not pretend to be. What we offer is well-engineered products, full UK warranties, honest advice, and the kind of after-sales support that makes a real difference when something goes wrong.

Our Approach to Quality

We design mobility products with our in-house engineers, manufacture them with long-term partners, and quality-check every unit before it leaves our warehouse. That includes charging the battery, running the electronics, and testing the controls — so the product that arrives at your door is one that has actually been used by someone before you.

Our products are independently certified to the relevant UK and European safety standards, and our lithium-ion batteries hold UN 38.3 transit certification (which all compliant batteries must hold). Continuous improvement is part of how we work — when customer feedback flags an issue, we change the product, not the messaging.

Our Worldwide Network

The UK operation is one of four ComfyGO Mobility offices around the world. Each office is independently registered and locally regulated, but we share the same engineering, the same products, and the same standards of care. If you ever need support while travelling, our other offices are happy to help.

For Republic of Ireland orders: orders are fulfilled by ComfyGO Management B.V. (Netherlands). UK customers are served exclusively by ComfyGO Ltd in Milton Keynes.
