- ⏳ 30 minutes, at your pace. Bring your questions, take notes, ask us to repeat anything — there's no rush.
- 👥 Bring whoever you'd like. A family member, partner, or carer is always welcome — a second pair of ears often helps.
- 🛒 No pressure to buy. Most consultations end with a clearer picture, not a closed sale. No follow-up sales call unless you want one.

What We Can't Do — Honestly
We want to be upfront about the limits of a sales consultation, so you know when to look elsewhere.
🩺 We can't carry out a clinical assessment of your needs. For a formal mobility assessment — particularly if you have complex postural needs, are recovering from a stroke or injury, or need a chair tailored to a specific medical condition — we'd recommend speaking to an Occupational Therapist or asking your GP for a referral.
🪑 We can't let you try the chair during the call. For hands-on time before you commit, you have two options: a home demonstration where available, or our 30-Day Home Trial, which lets you try the product at home with a full refund if it's not right.
Our promise: we'll never sell you a product we don't think suits your needs. If a consultation tells us we're not the right fit, we'll say so honestly.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to buy after the consultation?
No. The consultation is completely free, with no obligation to buy. Many customers book a call to gather information and decide weeks or months later — that's absolutely fine.
Can a family member or carer join the call?
Yes, please do bring whoever you'd like. Many of our customers find it helpful to have a partner, family member, or carer on the call to take notes or ask follow-up questions.
What if I can't do video?
No problem at all. If you'd rather have a phone conversation, just tell us when we contact you to confirm. The consultation is just as useful by phone — the video element is optional.
How quickly can I book a slot?
Once you submit your request, our team will contact you within 1 to 2 working days to confirm a date and time. Most consultations happen within 2 to 4 working days of your initial request, though we can usually accommodate sooner if you're in a hurry.
Is there a cost?
None at all. The consultation is genuinely free, with no payment required at any stage and no obligation to buy.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just reply to your confirmation email or give us a call on 0330 520 0720. We'll happily move your appointment with no fuss.
What information should I have ready?
Nothing specific — but if you've already been browsing our website, it can help to know which models you're interested in. If you have questions about a particular feature (battery range, folding mechanism, weight capacity, etc.), jot them down beforehand so you don't forget.
What if my question is technical?
Our product team handles technical questions every day. If something is highly specialist — for example, integration with a specific medical device or unusual postural requirements — we may suggest you speak to an Occupational Therapist as well, but we'll always do our best to help first.
