⚠ Marketplace Restrictions

To protect our retail partners and brand consistency, we do not currently accept resellers selling on: Amazon, eBay, Bol.com, Walmart, AliExpress, or other large open marketplaces.

If your business sells primarily on these platforms, we won't be the right partner for you at this stage. If you sell on these platforms alongside your own website or showroom, please mention this clearly in your application — we may be able to accommodate hybrid retail models case-by-case.

What We Look For

We're selective about reseller partners because the brand reputation depends on the customer experience at every retail point. Here's what we'll look for in your application:

  • UK-registered business with Companies House number and VAT registration (if applicable to your turnover)
  • Established retail or trade presence — physical showroom, service centre, or established online retail business
  • Genuine sales channel — selling to disabled, elderly, or healthcare customers, not flipping for profit on third-party marketplaces
  • Capacity for customer support — answering questions, helping with measurements, and post-sale care
  • Commitment to fair pricing — willing to follow our recommended retail price structure to protect the brand for all partners
  • Compliance with UK consumer law — Consumer Rights Act 2015, distance selling regulations, and DMCC Act 2024 where applicable

What Happens After You Apply

From application submission to your first order, here's exactly what to expect.

  1. Application review (1–3 working days) Our trade team reviews your application against our criteria. We may contact you for clarification, additional documents, or a quick discovery call.
  2. Trade terms & price list shared If approved, we send you our trade pricing, payment terms, ordering process, and a partnership agreement to sign.
  3. Product training session Free initial training for your sales team — covering features, fitting, comparisons, and common customer questions. Live, online, or in-person depending on your team's preference.
  4. First order & ongoing support You place your first order, receive trade-priced stock from our UK warehouse, and start selling. Your dedicated trade contact is available for stock checks, customer questions, and ongoing partnership support.

Reseller Programme FAQs

Common questions from prospective resellers — answered before you apply.

What's the minimum order value?

We don't enforce a strict minimum order, but for cost-effective wholesale shipping and trade pricing, most partners place orders of 3 or more wheelchairs (or equivalent value in spare parts/accessories) per shipment. Specific minimums and freight costs are confirmed when trade terms are shared.

Do I have to commit to a minimum annual volume?

No. We don't impose minimum annual purchase commitments on our reseller partners. Buy what you need, when you need it. Larger annual volume can unlock additional pricing tiers — these are discussed individually as your business grows with us.

What payment terms do you offer?

Initial orders are typically pro-forma (paid before dispatch). After 3 to 6 months of regular trading, established partners may be eligible for 30-day account terms subject to credit checks and trading history. Specific terms are agreed individually.

Can I sell ComfyGO products on my own website?

Yes — selling on your own e-commerce website is encouraged and supported with marketing assets, product photography, and approved copy. The marketplace restrictions above apply only to large third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.).

Are there exclusive territory rights?

In principle, no — we don't operate a standard exclusive-territory model. In practice, we look at each application individually based on the trading area, existing partner coverage, your business profile, and the volume commitment involved.

We take care not to over-saturate any local area with multiple resellers, and we're open to discussing some form of territory arrangement where it genuinely makes sense for both sides. If exclusivity is important to your business, please raise it during the application call and we'll have an honest conversation about what's possible.

How long does delivery take to my warehouse?

UK Mainland trade orders typically arrive within 2 to 6 working days from order confirmation. Pallet delivery for larger orders is arranged through our usual freight partners. ROI partners are fulfilled by our EU sister company, ComfyGO Management B.V., from our Netherlands warehouse.

How does warranty work for my customers?

Reseller warranties are different from our retail warranty. When you sell to your customer, you become the trader under UK consumer law and you carry the customer-facing warranty and statutory obligations.

Our part of the deal is straightforward — we cover you for genuine manufacturing defects:

  • Parts cover: 3 years on every frame, 1 year on motors, batteries, and electronics, 6 months on textile accessories — same coverage periods as our retail warranty, but supplied to you as replacement parts only.
  • Labour: Fitting and installation labour is your responsibility, not ours. Most reseller partners handle this in their own workshop or service centre.
  • Workshop support: If a chair needs repair work that's beyond your team, we're happy to help at our Milton Keynes service centre — partners typically arrange courier-in / courier-out at trade rates.
  • Diagnostic support: Free phone and video diagnostic help for your team — most issues are resolved without anything needing to be shipped.

Our retail Warranty Policy covers what we offer to end customers when they buy direct from us — your customer-facing warranty terms will be different and are agreed as part of your reseller agreement. Full B2B warranty terms are shared with approved partners alongside trade pricing.

Do you offer drop-shipping for reseller orders?

Yes. Drop-shipping (we ship trade-priced units directly to your end customer in our standard packaging) is reviewed case-by-case for established partners with consistent volume, good payment history, and proven customer service capability.

Beyond standard drop-shipping, additional commercial arrangements such as branded packaging, dedicated inventory, or other bespoke setups can be discussed individually once you're an approved trade partner — these come with their own lead times and commitment levels.

Can I get sample units to demonstrate to customers?

Yes. Established partners can purchase demo units at discounted demo pricing for showroom display or customer demonstrations. Demo pricing is shared after partnership approval.

I'm based in the Republic of Ireland — can I still apply?

Yes. Irish reseller partnerships are fulfilled by our EU sister company, ComfyGO Management B.V., based in the Netherlands. The application form below works for both UK and Irish partners — please note your location in the application and we'll route you to the right team.

What happens if my application isn't successful?

We'll let you know in writing within 1 to 3 working days, with a brief explanation. If we can't take you on right now, it doesn't necessarily mean never — you're welcome to reapply in 6 to 12 months as your business grows or as our reseller capacity changes. We can also discuss other options such as B2B trade orders without the formal partnership.

How we handle your business information
