Do I need to register for my warranty to apply?
No. Your warranty is automatic from the date your product was delivered. Your purchase record (with us, or with one of our authorised resellers) is your warranty record. Registration is optional.

I bought my product from a reseller — can I still register?
Yes — anyone with a ComfyGO product can register, regardless of where it was purchased. Just select "Independent retailer" or "Other" in the "Where did you buy your product?" field, and tell us the name of the shop or seller in the notes section.
What if I don't have my order number or model name?
That's fine — those fields are optional. Fill in what you can. If you're not sure of the model, you can find it on a sticker under the seat or on the chair frame. Or call us on 0330 520 0720 and we'll help you identify it.
Will registering sign me up for marketing emails?
Only if you tick the marketing box. Registration alone signs you up only for product-specific communication — safety notices, important updates about your product, and similar.
Marketing emails (offers, product news, helpful tips) and SMS (text-only deals) are separate, optional opt-ins on the form. The boxes are unticked by default — only tick them if you genuinely want to hear from us.
You can change your mind at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email, replying STOP to any SMS, or emailing us at info@comfygomobility.co.uk.
I bought my product as a gift for someone — should I register in their name or mine?
Whichever works best. If the recipient will be the main user and the main contact for any support, register in their name with their contact details. If you'd prefer to be the point of contact (for example, you're a family member managing things on their behalf), register in your own name and mention this in the notes field.
How do I update my registration if my details change?
Just send us an email at info@comfygomobility.co.uk with your old and new details, and we'll update your record. Or fill in the registration form again with your new details — we'll merge the records.
