Every mobility product we sell comes with a commercial warranty from ComfyGO Ltd, with 3 years of cover on every frame in our range. Most replacement parts ship from our UK service centre, where we hold stock of the most commonly-needed components. For specialist parts, we may ship from our EU warehouse or directly from the manufacturer — we'll always tell you up front where your part is coming from and a realistic timeframe.

🔧 Outside warranty Normal wear items (tyres, brake pads, upholstery), accidental damage, or repairs after warranty expiry. We'll always quote first — no surprises.
