How long does delivery take?
Most chairs are dispatched within 2–3 working days and delivered to UK mainland within 5–7 working days of your order. Every chair is pre-configured, charged, and tested before dispatch — unbox, unfold, and switch on. We'll keep you updated at every stage.
Is the chair ready to use out of the box?
Yes. Every ComfyGO chair arrives pre-configured and ready to use — no assembly required. A quick-start guide and full manual arrive with the chair. If you prefer guidance through the first setup, call us on 0330 520 0720 and we'll walk you through it.
What if the chair doesn't fit through my doorway?
Standard UK doorways are 30 inches (76cm) wide; all our chairs are designed to pass through comfortably. For older homes with narrower doorways, call us on 0330 520 0720 before ordering and we'll help you check dimensions for your specific home. If you've booked a home visit, we'll measure doorways during the visit.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Every ComfyGO chair and scooter comes with a UK warranty covering the frame, motor, and electronics. If something goes wrong, call us on 0330 520 0720 and we'll arrange a repair, replacement part, or collection — whichever is quickest. We hold UK parts stock for same-day dispatch in most cases.
Do you offer finance or payment plans?
Yes — you can spread the cost at checkout with Klarna (Pay in 3 interest-free instalments, or longer financing) or Shop Pay Instalments. Both are subject to individual approval and status. Can I return the chair if it's not right?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return any chair that isn't right for you. We'll arrange collection. Returns must be in original condition — please see our Return Policy for full terms.
