Here's exactly how your application moves forward from here.
- We review your application (1–3 working days) Our trade team checks your application against our partner criteria. We may get in touch for clarification, additional documents, or a quick discovery call to learn more about your business.
- We share trade terms & pricing If approved, we'll send you our trade price list, payment terms, ordering process, and a partnership agreement to review and sign — no commitment until you're happy with the terms.
- Product training & your first order We'll arrange free product training for your team, then you place your first order from our UK warehouse and start selling, with a dedicated trade contact on hand throughout.

There's no commitment at this stage — applying simply starts the conversation. Trade terms, pricing, and any minimums are all shared and agreed before anything is signed.
