X-9 Auto Recline Wheelchair

Just got them 2-27-2025 i really like the freedom of having the lift and the k9
its a little work but it goes in my truck and i fit everything in the truck but cushions i put them in the car but it was nice to be able to go wen i want my other wheelchair needs a van i like the k9 really easy to use just have to learn to steer front wheels turn. It did come with a broken wire connector for left leg lift but it does still work.

This chair has been wonderful for my mom. One feature she really likes is that she can raise or lower the leg rests on her own while sitting in her chair since they're electric. The reclining option has also been fantastic because her condition causes her to lean forward but being able to recline her just a bit has solved that for her. The chair is very comfortable and very well built. The functionality and ease of use has made this money well spent for her. Very pleased!

The Comfy Go is so comfortable and easy to use! My husband has a lift chair that he sits in all the time.
The Comfy Go makes him feel like he is sitting in is lift chair even if he is outside sitting in the Comfy Go.
Another main selling point for us was the remote control. Sometimes I have to help my husband out if he is going thru a doorway of some other obstacle . Very pleased with this purchase.

This chair is realy solid and was shipped with all the components. Every thing works as mentioned. The adjustment for the feet is a bit too long for a small person, but it is manageable. I also ordered a 8 ft ramp, but I received a 7 ft long. This will be replaced in 3 months as the service departement said to me. Hope I will get it! I recommand this wheelchair.

PROS:
* The reclining back and lifting legs are great! I’m so much more comfortable when I have to wait in a doctor’s office.

* The biggest advantage of this chair is not needing to buy a wheelchair van! My doc was going to send me for PT evaluations and going thru insurance to get a sturdier chair, but it would’ve taken 6 months and would’ve required buying a wheelchair van or external platform trailer which would’ve been hard to use in rainy/snowy/slushy New England winters. This fits in our existing small SUV.

CONS::
* The hair trigger joystick is too sensitive and is hard to control.

* Reversing straight is impossible. The back wheels back up fine, but the front wheels are like a grocery cart and they move randomly without me being able to control them, so no matter how carefully I move the joystick or remote, the front wheels send me in different directions and I look like a drunk driver. In an elevator around other people, my husband has to put it in neutral and manually move me backwards or of the elevator so I don’t run over people. That is a MAJOR drawback, especially if you don’t have someone with you!!

* You should be able to turn off the beeping when reversing (especially since it’s so hard/impossible to reverse straight)! The manual refers to a Mute button that appears nowhere on the photo or the controls.

* I need someone to take it apart and put it together to get it in and out of the car.

* So far I’ve only used it on flat ground inside of garages, So I’m not sure how stable it’ll be on inclines or in winter weather, etc with the exposed wires

IN SUMMARY:
It has some drawbacks, but it allows me to get out with someone’s help and it fits in or existing car so no need for a w/c van!

After a shaky start, the Staff was very helpful and accomodating and made sure i did not have to wait too long for this wheelchair which fits all my criteria. So a massive thank you to the Staff who was there for me.

Heb helaas wegens ALS een rolstoel moeten aanschaffen want wat je van de gemeente krijgt voldoet niet aan me eisen. Heb na lang speuren op internet twee stoelen gevonden waarvan ook de reviews goed waren. Na uren van youtube video's te hebben bekeken heb ik toch voor X9 gekozen. Doorslag was de verstelbaar voetsteunen en rugleuning. Afgelopen vrijdag avond besteld en de volgende dag op zaterdag had ik al contact met de verkoper met een indicatie van het leverdatum. Zeer verast dat het zelfs in het weekend nog met me contact gezocht is maar was zeker heel blij mee. Vanmorgen heb ik Comfygo een bericht gestuurd of ze al wisten welke dag de levering plaats zal vinden, namelijk vandaag (maandag) of morgen. Gelijk werd me mededeelt dat ze vandaag al langs kwamen, natuurlijk al weer was ik zeer blij. Meneer kwam aan en zich netjes voorgesteld, vroeg waar hij de stoel voor me in elkaar zou zetten. Tijdens het monteren van de stoel legt hij stap voor stap alles uit en geeft goede tips wat wel en niet te doen en waar op te letten bij gebruik. Ook legt hij uit als er problemen zijn ik altijd meteen met ze contact kan opnemen.
Na zijn werk te hebben uitgevoerd heeft hij netjes de doos en verpakkingsmateriaal meegenomen zo dat wij daar niet naar om hoefde te kijken, weer een stukje service in mijn ogen. Heb de halve middag in mijn stoel rondgereden in de woning, me dochter en me vrouw gek gemaakt met de claxon haha. Eindelijk kan ik nu beetje achter over leunen en me benen om hoog zetten. Heb niets anders te zeggen dan dat dit een geweldig product is, doet wat het belooft en zeer zeker zijn prijs waard, en over ComfyGo............ een en al top, zeer vriendelijk, attent, ga zo door bij al je klanten, weet zeker dat anderen het net zo zullen waarderen als ik. George made shopping for my husband’s chair a wonderful experience. On multiple occasions he took the time to demonstrate the product as well as walking us through assembly. The chair itself is comfortable, functional and affordable . We had been denied a costly and heavy model through insurance and were thrilled to find the X-9. Highly recommend this product and this company!

I bought this for my godfather and it met all his needs. Definitely an improvement from his last one. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Probably the most important thing for my wife and I was for her to get a certain amount of independence after her stroke. This electric wheelchair provides that for both of us. While it is decidedly heavier than standard wheelchair it is not all that difficult to break down for transport. In fact, simply removing the top headrest allows me to lift the wheelchair into the back of our Grand Caravan with relative ease.
It is fairly maneuverable with the joystick controls and it has made taking her along shopping with me so much easier since I no longer have to push her and a cart. We haven't tried going too fast with it yet, but as other reviewers have pointed out, even the lowest speed is quick.
The reclining feature makes it very versatile and my wife will frequently just take a nap in the chair instead of transferring back to the bed. Battery life is extremely good for day to day use. We haven't really taken it out for a long ride yet but I expect it will work well on most sidewalks and streets.
Overall I would highly recommend this chair.

I looked everywhere for an electric mobile wheelchair for my mother that would take the place of her manual chair but still look and operate like a manual chair, and this is it! It can even recline (back & feet), and also has a remote. It fits our needs perfectly. If I could change just one thing it would be the seat width. My mother has wide hips so it can be challenging to get her comfortable, but other then that I give this product a five star for the value it’s brought to her mobility.

I bought this for my Grandmother. She loved it. She says it's a very smooth ride and very comfortable. We did replace the cushion with a medical grade cushion. It gives her more freedom, which she's grateful for.

This chair was easy for my husband to assemble ( really minimal amount of assembly). It is comfortable for me,though i would preferred a choice of less depth from back of my knees to chair back it still works for me. Not a lot of chairs have auto recline back and leg lifts but this one does. Lymphedema requires my legs to be up. My first trip down a newly installed ramp proved a bit steep and i hit the rail breaking the right leg rest/lift. I emailed the company and a replacement part was sent immediately! Do register your product when received.As could be expected driving is a learning curve, but after my initial fear and some corrections to my ramp i mastered it all.. tight turns and the dreaded backing up! I think it is simply practice, now i think i am really good at it! My next purchase will be their lift to get the chair in my car. You will not go wrong with this purchase!

Chair was a lifesaver when my moms primary power chair broke down and backup chair had battery problems. She would have been bedridden without the prompt delivery of this chair. Chair was easy to assemble and the video on Amazon helped a lot. Only issue was switching the joystick from right mount to left mount - we had to disassemble quite a lot to do it but it worked out fine. I wish it didnt have a backup beep/alarm (like a delivery truck!) - we havent figured out if it can be disabled. It would be easier to use at desks/tables if the joystick mount could swing away to the side but its fixed. I tried swapping it out with a swing arm style we already had but the arm rests are different enough that it wasnt going to be an easy fix. Only other issue is that even the slow speed is rather fast. Its easier to maneuver through the house if the speed is a little slower. The fact the foot rests easily swing away, however, is awesome - these are by far the easiest ones Ive used on any of the power chairs weve had. And the fact we can easily raise either or both foot rests to change her position has been very helpful. The high seat back and recline function makes it easy for my mom to rest during the day. This chair is also extremely easy to switch from power drive to manual - again, much easier than any of the expensive power chairs weve had. All in all this chair was a lifesaver. Kept my mom mobile when other chairs were down.

Seller provided excellent customer service to on the return of this item. The wheelchair simply did not fit my body. I requested a full refund and the seller took care of the problem to my total satisfaction.

Overall a very good purchase. The only negative is for a folding portable it is a bit heavy to lift and requires a two person lift but it still fits easily into car.

I really like my wheel chair. Is very comfortable and easy to control. I would recommend it.

De rolstoel werd netjes gemonteerd geleverd door het bedrijf zelf met een goede mondelinge uitleg erbij. Via de app was het goed communiceren en werd je op de hoogte gehouden wanneer de levering zou plaats vinden. Ook op vragen werd er snel gereageerd.

i didliked im missing a piece to put the top head cusion on cant get a hold of anyone at the phone number i need that piece to be able to lay back and rest my head it came with no instructions either

This chair is really nice, and my friend loves it. She had been suffering from back sores that could not heal because of her wheel chair. My church family and I purchased this chair to make her more comfortable with the ability to have personal roaming freedom. Her sore has healed and she is getting around on her own. If I could add one product improvement suggestion, it would be that the feet and leg rest adjust for people with short legs. God bless and thank you!
