From start to finish, choosing a power chair to delivery was fantastic and smooth.Delivery time was exact and the customer service was great.Home demo superb and any questions were answered well.They gave so much info about the chair we chose and even bought a different model incase they one we chose my dad didnt like.FANTASTIC

Bought a Majestic iq-9000. Perfect Rolls Royce of mobility Chairs. Arrived in good time. OK. Batteries were missing. One phone call to great bloke on phone and 2 were sent out. No hassle what so ever.

We hadden een afspraak gemaakt in Vianen waar we ontzettend fijn zijn geholpen. We hadden op de website al info verzameld over de IQ9000 Majestic, en in de showroom heeft Marvin alles laten zien van de mogelijkheden. Hij dacht ook mee met ons, want mijn vrouw is rechtszijdig verlamd dus gaat het in de praktijk nèt even anders met in- en uitstappen. Na een kort proefritje was het wel duidelijk dat dit een rolstoel was die we nog zelden hadden meegemaakt, en we spreken inmiddels uit ervaring, na 18 jaar. De bediening was snel overgezet van de standaard rechterkant naar links. Nadat de keus van de IQ9000 overduidelijk werd bevestigd konden we na een uurtje de afgemonteerde rolstoel meenemen. Als je deze vergelijkt met andere rolstoelen in dat segment dan komt de IQ9000 er als beste uit, is onze mening. Maar alle lof gaat naar het zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel!

Originally chair was miss ordered. After call by sales person correct item was ordered and IQ 9000 PLUS was ordered correctly and the real help.came from factory in chino, Ca. And the delivery company. Product was delivered in two days and we were leaving on trip to Oregon in 3 DAYS. BUT this.was a holiday weekend and they made our trip work out. Great service and follow up.

I had been using a Rollator for quite some time. The Rollator still left me winded so I needed something else. I saw this advertised and figured I would give it a try. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it from people who wanna try it for their relatives. I am very pleased with my purchase. It gives me the ability to go places and do things that I would not be able to do with my family.

I just received my IQ9000 electric wheelchair. I have osteoarthritis which is eating away at my spine & I am unable to stand or walk for very long. This is perfect for me to have more mobility & enjoy outings with my family . Very easy to maneuver & is lightweight enough for my husband to fold. Looking forward to spending more time with my family.

I bought this wheelchair for my sister in law in order to take her to doctor's appointments or to get her out the house. This is an excellent chair for those occasions. I am sixty and I can lift it in an out of my SUV with the batteries attached. The way it collapses like a stroller and light weight make it a must have for those taking care of a handicap individual or elderly adult. The customer service from Comfygo mobility has been amazing and they even assisted with a return of a previous order that was way too heavy for me to lift. The chair is easy to use and setup right out the box. I even use it for my elderly mother if she needs to go anywhere. She also uses it to get out the house with my sister who has an everyday wheel chair and uses the IQ-9000 for when we need to take her to her appointments. I highly recommend this as an everyday chair or a second chair for those that are on the go or in need of being a caregiver for a love one.

We purchased this folding electric wheelchair for our 10-year old daughter. We love the remote feature so that we can walk with her as a family and not always behind her pushing her other chair. It came delivered with a broken seatbelt, but the customer service was fantastic and they are replacing it! Love the us chair and we can’t wait for our adventures to come!

The IQ 9000 is better than we anticipated. I can't impress enough the difference this will make to our lives. Simple stuff like going to the store is exponentially easier. Thank you

My previous review is not being shown on here. Too many issues with this chair to make this my primary wheelchair. The remote control is a joke. I was hoping to get out of the wheelchair, into normal seating, then using the remote to move the wheelchair out of the way. You can’t power it back up by remote if the chair shuts down, which it does after 20 minutes to save power. The seat cushion is barely better than a hospital wheelchair. It sits too low to make exiting easy and I’m only 5’6” tall . The armrests are way too high to be comfortable if you have rotator cuff issues. The seat back sits way to vertically to be comfortable. The joystick can’t be adjusted farther from the end of the armrest, something I’ve had on every other power wheelchair. The front edge of the footrest bites into the back of my legs as I try to stand and then flops down into my good ankle. I’m unable to keep it in the upright position. Yes, the chair is lightweight but this does not offset the significant issues I’ve mentioned. I haven’t even had it out of the house to test it on my ramp. The instructions and pictures are unclear and difficult to follow. The charging port is very difficult to find under the joystick and charging the chair only charges 1 of 2 batteries without a special cord that they will gladly sell to you. This also means that the cord needs to be switched from 1 battery to the other when it dies. This is under your seat and I don’t want to attempt this while seated because everything is black and difficult to see and tipping the chair is a definite possibility. Rear anti-tip wheels are not installed when shipped. I purchased from a third party, brand new and returning will cost me a 20% restocking fee, no fee charged if you purchase from Comfygo, AND I have to pay return shipping. This will cost me around $500. If you can, check the chair out at a local retailer before deciding if this is for you.

Now, Im not one to leave a review but for this, I must! We LOVE this wheelchair!!!!! My mom suffers from Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia, has been suffering with these medical conditions for years, and when I say that this wheelchair has made it easier for her to move aroundits made it EASIER for her to move around! Shes tried MANY electric scooters and wheelchairs by many popular companies, including Prides Go-Go and Jazzy Passport chairs and they DO NOT COMPARE TO THE MAJESTIC! Since getting this wheelchair, my mom has been able to move our apartment and shes been able to travel with us.FINALLY! Shes been to Deep Creek, MD twice as well as the winery (my family and I love a good wine lol). This wheelchair takes the curb, gravel (may need a little assistance), & doorframe sill/threshold veryyyyy well! The wheelchair is also able to complete a 360 turn, and its amazing! For my elders that are a little bit on the heavier side, such as my mom, this wheelchair is very comfortable, the seat is wide! Now, I wouldnt say that its light weight but that only could be because my sister and I are the ones that transport my mom around; if youre a healthy man that can lift 50-60lbs with no issue then Im sure its light weight to you! Overall, would we order this wheelchair again? ABSOLUTELY!

As a disabled woman the chair is a bit difficult to get into the van. Will need to work on something to make it easier.

This chair replaced another "nice chair" my mom was not able to control, too quick on start of movement, and her back would hurt after short use. This chair has a control that allows for smoother acceleration, and also has a lever that operator can lean themselves back for comfort when needed. The recline factor was the major selling point, as otherwise my mom is severely limited on length of time she is up and mobile. the battery last a long time, and seems to hold charge forever when not in use. Really a good chair. Thanks much.

I am physically disabled with CRPS with my legs so normally I have to walk with crutches if the store we go to is out of scooters or they break down. Now thanks to my husband seeing this I have my own and I don't have to worry about other people's germs either. This is super comfortable and easy to use. It has several speeds which is nice for different places you go too. And it comes with a cane, several bags to carry your stuff. It is also very pretty and made in the USA!

My Dad bought me this impressive electric wheelchair. Previously, he could not push a normal wheelchair because my weight is a lot. I enjoy being able to get anywhere in our house or outdoor with this motorized wheel chair. It's easy to put together and charge the batteries. The power electric wheelchair is comfortable and safe. We could reach the seller easily when we had questions about the wheelchair. My Dad searched a lot and compare other electric wheelchair brands. I am happy with his decision

This is a wonderful electric wheelchair! It is light enough for me to get it out of my car and was able to go up and down hills easily. The mobility is excellent too, thanks to its compact design I can go to small shops with ease. The only thing is that the speed is not super fast, but it's actually safer. It also charges very fast.
