If the part is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days, we'll happily exchange it or issue a refund. Spare parts supplied under your chair's existing warranty are provided as a warranty replacement and do not carry a separate or extended warranty of their own. If your chair is still within its original warranty period, the replacement part is covered for the remainder of that term only. For parts purchased outside of warranty, our standard returns policy applies β please contact our team if you experience any issues after fitting.
Our lithium-ion batteries that are marked "Airline Compatible" meet IATA regulations and are accepted by most major airlines and cruise lines. We always recommend contacting your airline or cruise operator at least 48 hours before travel to confirm their specific battery requirements. Carry your battery in its original packaging with the safety data sheet, upon request we can provide a copy of it.
We strongly advise against using non-genuine chargers, as they may deliver the wrong voltage or current β risking overcharging, reduced battery life, and potential safety hazards. Everything with my IQ-8000 is awesome. I've had a lot of people ask me about it. I always tell them how great it is and how its helped me so much. The only problem i have is the tipping wheels come off. I just ordered 2 tip over wheels. I have a 3 year warranty and don't know if they are covered. Great chair though

My son was diagnosed with non-Hodgkins lymphoma two years ago. The chemotherapy attacked his bones and he now has osteonecrosis in his knees and shoulders. We bought this to help him get around school and the store and the house where possible to use it. WeβΓΓ΄re grateful because he has mobility now that he didnβΓΓ΄t before. He recently went on a band trip to California and took this thru security and flying with it was no problem. However that said, the irritation is it seems like everything is falling apart or breaking every time we turn around. A nut came off one of the bolts on the wheel while at school, imagine a teenagers embarrassment when that happens!!! The anti-tip wheels both broke off, the foot stool pad is garbage, when he is turning one of the wheels is now making a noise, and most recently the bracket that the control joystick mounts to, it broke.
HeβΓΓ΄s not abusive to it, we have to load it and unload it when we take him to his appointments, physical therapy, or the grocery store, so everything is just happening to it via regular usage, itβΓΓ΄s just annoying to feel like every time we turn around something else is on this is coming apart. We now have a sense of dread for him to be at school and this thing breaks down again on him.
Now, to its credit, the motor and the batteries have been great!! We have had no issues with the motor as of yet, the batteries keep a great charge and last a long time, the material is holding up great, the stitching is great, the ref leather is getting stained from his denim jeans, but thatβΓΓ΄s to be expected, and itβΓΓ΄s light enough my wife and I can load and unload it (one of the big reasons we bought it).
This is why I gave it a three! Overall itβΓΓ΄s just okay, I wouldnβΓΓ΄t say itβΓΓ΄s worth the $3500 price tag we paid for it due to the issues weβΓΓ΄ve had, but the bones of it, the motor and battery, have done the job nicely.
Thanks to the wheelchair I can move anywhere.
