X-6 Folding Electric Wheelchair

-Ik ben 81 en niet technisch,en heb nog nooit een joystick bedient, maar kon er binnen 5 minuten mee rijden!
-Voordeel is de extra brede zit (51cm)
-Korte draaicirkel, de rolstoel kan ik in mijn hal omkeren
-Handig in en uit te klappen tot redelijk formaat (past opgevouwen in de kofferbak van een VW ID4)
Ik kan weer zelfstandig grotere afstanden doen zonder hulp van de familie/verzorgers!

I love it! It's give me a lot of freedom back. I can do more things on my own now, like going out in the woods or going to a city by my own en I love that!

After a decade of chronic illness, I finally cracked and decided an electric wheelchair was what I needed. A manual wheelchair worked, but I was craving independence in all areas, including how I move in the world.
I didn't have much money, and this was honestly the cheapest wheelchair I found for this level of functionality and it's been wonderful.

The freedom is incredible, it's such an easy chair to use, the ability to fold it up and pop it in the car means I've been able to actually go to a theme park for the first time since getting sick.
It's small enough that I can get my chair through relatively tight spaces, which if you live in the Netherlands, you know most shops outside of supermarkets are a bit of a nightmare to navigate.

I'm really happy I have this chair. It doesn't help me with leaving the house, but if I'm well enough to go out, this chair gives me a much bigger world to enjoy.

I did a lot of research to find a safe and reliable budget power chair and came across the recommendation from someone for the ComfyGo brand! I lost a lot of my mobility after long covid and me/cfs, being unable to stand longer than a few minutes and to walk only about 10minutes a day at most with a struggle. I pulled the trigger and got the X-6 model and it gave me some independence back for sure. It's much nicer to be in control rather than have someone pushing you in a manual one. It takes a bit of getting used to for the joystick control because based on the pressure applied to it, it can "jerk" forward a bit too much if you're pushing too hard at the start, but once used to it, it's very smooth and durable. It doesn't feel flimsy at all, and it's a huge perk that it is foldable and can fit in our smaller car that way.

It's definitely given me some life and ability to go out when previously I couldn't and it's made a huge difference to have that option!

Fijn en supersnel geholpen , nog ff wennen aan de joy-stick maar dat komt vast goed.

Mijn eerste elektrische rolstoel moet alles kunnen! In huis en vooral buiten!
In huis had ik de buitenmaat van de rolstoel verwisseld met de kleine rolstoel, zodat ik niet in de badkamer kon komen ! Heel erg , maar mijn fout! Buiten rijdt hij lekker, maar de belofte , dat hij kleine oneffenheden op de weg goed aankan, vind ik niet juist. Op hard aangewalsd grind gaat het redelijk , maar op vers gelegd grind raakt hij in slip , en anderen moesten miij weer vlot maken. Misschien is het nog te vroeg om commentaar te geven , en geef ik over een week toch 5 sterren.

The confygo x6 really is a good chair. It responds very well to the joystick and remote control and it doesn't ever seem to get tired of riding. It takes me where ever i wish to go and i have gained a lot of freedom with it.
It's a decent chair, sits comfortable, and does what it promises you to do!

I truly enjoy my new wheel chair. It is very nice and easy to operate. I now have less stress on my shoulders and arms decreasing my pain. I would certainly recommend this chair to others.

Just received my new ComfyGO X-6. It's well built, easy to assemble and sturdy. Nice product!

I purchased the ComfyGo X6 in the color blue for my mom (her favorite color) and she absolutely loves it! She was previously in a manual wheelchair and she feels like she has gotten a new car! It's sleek, compact and very appealing to the eye for an electric wheelchair. She is lives at a assisted living facility and a few of the other residents are interested in getting one. As we were getting off of an elevator one day, a gentleman said "I've never seen one like that". My mom is very satisfied and now has freedom from waiting for someone to assist with moving her from place to place in the manual wheelchair.

I love that it doesn't sit low like other wheelchairs I've tried or had. The way armrests move is very helpful when going to the restroom or trying to sit at certain tables. The long lasting battery is amazing. Moving around has been a breeze.

We needed a power wheelchair that was light enough for my wife to get it in out out of my truck and her car without difficulty. It can be a little bulky when trying to get it in and out of a vehicle. It is a little heavy but compared to other power chairs this is by far the lightest. The battery is easy to charge and has a long life. Just make sure to power it off when you are sitting in one place for some time. It has several speeds so you don't have to keep speeding up or slowing down. The turn radius is about zero but only after you have had practice driving it around. The hand control can go on either side which is a big plus. Gets a little muddled down on thick carpet and should not use it in wet grass or mud. Handles slopes and rough pavement/gravel just fine. The horn also comes in handy when trying to make your way through a group of people. Don't give up on it if you first have a hard time with it. Once you get the hang of it you'll really enjoy using this chair. This also works great when I am alone with my service dog as it was easy to train him to work with me in the chair. Finally, another benefit is you can switch from power to manual in case the battery runs out or in a situation where someone needs to push you. It is light enough for someone to push rather than being in one of those power carts or scooters. A great purchase and worth the money. (I went with the blue and black was as it was more stylish.)

I purchased this wheelchair for my wife a little while ago but waited to provide feedback as the chair had not been thoroughly tested until now.
We took the wheelchair to Europe and, as advertised, the wheelchair was easily tagged and stored by the gate agents prior to boarding our flights. The wheelchair was approved and fit in our cabin during our river cruise.
The battery held its charge throughout the trip (10 days of moderate use) and was easy to maneuver through the streets, airports, and sidewalks.
My wife absolutely loves it and thanked me several times during the trip telling me it was a godsend.
Would buy it again but since this is so well built, I'm not sure I'll ever need to.

Mijn vriendelijke DHL meneer kwam op een onverwacht tijdstip. Alles was voorgemonteerd en voor de meeste mensen (niet voor mij) zo gedaan. De banden (autobandventiel) moesten ook harder gepompt.
Of het een degelijk produkt is, is natuurlijk nog afwachten. Maar ik vind het een fijn apparaat dat aan alles voldoet en kan waarvoor ik het gekocht heb.

The X-6 chair is beautiful. Very maneuverable. The 12ah version is heavier than advertised as it has 2 6ah batteries instead of 1 and they are not as easily removed. The selling dealer does not respond to emails after the sale.

Just got it. Love it. Didn't use until I took it to the Ga. Aquarium. Did great. There are a few steep inclines there, but it pulled everyone of them on the first speed level. I found as of right now that is plenty fast enough. We were there for about 6 hours and the battery light never decreased. Things I would recommend changing: The joystick is bolted to the arm rest of your choice, and is not an easy change. The foot rest is not very sturdy. Do not apply much pressure. It will roll when stopped if you do not apply breaks. So far it is what I needed. Wish it could be lighter, but I wanted the bigger wheels and no one offers light weight with the bigger wheels.

We bought the wheel chair for a parent. The package arrived intact, and it was very easy to assemble. The assembly directions were not as detailed as we’d have liked, but we’re able to get it done with reference to the photo on the box. Initial impressions by the user were favorable.
